Farshid Ghyasi, Executive Director
Farshid Ghyasi, our esteemed Executive Director, is a figure who embodies the spirit of service and community engagement. A successful businessman at heart, Farshid has consistently dedicated his efforts towards serving his community. He brings to Lapis Social and Cultural Association Inc. a vast reservoir of strategic insights gained from his professional journey. As the CEO of NETLINKS Inc., Farshid has honed his leadership skills, guiding his team with a vision that merges business acumen with a deep understanding of community needs.
His passion for community service, combined with his business expertise, positions him uniquely to drive our mission forward, ensuring we make a significant impact in the lives of our community members.
Misbah Aini, Chairman
Misbah Aini, the Chairman of Lapis Social and Cultural Association Inc., is a distinguished personality with a multifaceted career spanning diplomacy, law, and nonprofit service. An accomplished law graduate, Misbah's diplomatic career has been marked by his dedicated service to the Afghan community in the United States during his tenure with the Embassy of Afghanistan. His articulate and eloquent communication skills, coupled with his deep understanding of community needs, have been instrumental in advocating for the interests of the community. Currently working for a nonprofit in Virginia, Misbah continues to serve with the same passion and dedication, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to his role in our organization.
